The processing of your data will be based on the question you posed and, for this reason, on the possible need to perform any pre-contractual measures at your request or on the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in responding to your request.

The data may be disclosed only to persons designated as managers (eg. IT support consultants, eventual hosting companies, etc.) and to the internal personnel authorized by the Data Controller to provide feedback and, in general, instructed on the processing methods.

Your data, outside the foreseen cases, will not be transferred, disseminated or transferred to countries outside the EU.

Your data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests and will be deleted, if your request does not follow your registration on the Site, after 60 days from their provision.

Providing the data requested in the form in order to receive feedback is optional and left to your will. In the absence of conferment, the Data Controller will not be able to provide a response to your request or fulfill any necessary pre-contractual measures.

As an interested party, in the foreseen cases, you are guaranteed the exercise of the following rights: right of access to the data provided, right of rectification, right to cancellation, right to data portability. You also have the right to request the limitation of the processing of the data provided and to oppose it (articles 15 and following EU Regulation 2016/679). These rights may be enforced through a written request to the Data Controller.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (
